FieldTempo started with one cleaning company in Tampa whose whole week lived in spreadsheets and text threads — jobs double-booked, gate codes lost, invoices weeks late. We built them software that ran the day instead of documenting it afterward.

When other trades asked for the same thing, the answer that kept stopping them was pricing: every tool they looked at charged per user, so hiring their third tech meant a software bill that grew faster than the crew. That felt backwards.

So FieldTempo does the opposite — flat monthly plans with seats included, for every trade that runs crews on routes. Scheduling, dispatch, estimates, invoicing, and payments, priced so growing your team never costs you software money.
