Can I change plans later?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What happens after the free trial?

After your 7-day free trial ends, you'll be automatically charged based on the plan you signed up with. You can change or cancel your plan at any time before the trial ends.

How does team seat pricing work?

Every plan includes a set number of team seats, 3 on Starter, 9 on Pro, and 18 on Business. Need more room? Add extra seats anytime for a flat monthly fee per seat ($15 on Starter, $13 on Pro, $12 on Business).

What does text messaging cost?

Pro and Business plans include a dedicated business phone number for two-way SMS, with 1,000 texts/mo on Pro and 2,500 texts/mo on Business included. Additional texts are billed at $0.05 each. SMS isn't available on the Starter plan.

Do you support single sign-on (SSO)?

Yes. The Enterprise plan includes self-serve SAML single sign-on with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, or any SAML 2.0 provider. You verify your domain and connect your IdP right in Settings, with no support ticket needed. It also includes SCIM, so your IT team can provision and deprovision technicians automatically. Every plan can also sign in with Google on the web, and two-factor authentication is available on every plan.
