Every plan includes a set number of team seats, 3 on Starter, 9 on Pro, and 18 on Business. Need more room? Add extra seats anytime for a flat monthly fee per seat ($15 on Starter, $13 on Pro, $12 on Business).

What does text messaging cost?

Pro and Business plans include a dedicated business phone number for two-way SMS, with 1,000 texts/mo on Pro and 2,500 texts/mo on Business included. Additional texts are billed at $0.05 each. SMS isn't available on the Starter plan.

Do you support single sign-on (SSO)?

Yes. The Enterprise plan includes self-serve SAML single sign-on with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, or any SAML 2.0 provider — you verify your domain and connect your IdP right in Settings, no support ticket — plus SCIM so your IT team can provision and deprovision technicians automatically. Every plan can also sign in with Google on the web, and two-factor authentication is available on every plan.
